Located in Port Camargue, Le Grau-du-Roi, this 23 m² studio accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 living areas and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, mini-oven, coffee makers, toaster, mini-freezer, and complete tableware. The studio features air conditioning, a fan, TV with DVD player, washing machine, and a private electric grill for your comfort. A full inventory is provided at check-in. Step out onto your private balcony with parking space and sea view. The shared outdoor pool and children's pool are available in the residence, accessible only with a wristband. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and shops are 5 minutes on foot. You have a secure private parking space on-site. Events are not allowed in the property. Pool access requires a wristband; in case of loss, a deposit will be withheld as each wristband is available for an extra fee. Pool open from June 1 to September 30. The Seaquarium is a 5-minute walk from the studio. A playground is right in front of the building, with bike racks and cycle paths nearby. The marina is behind the property. Linen rental is available on request.
