The studio features air conditioning, a fan, TV with DVD player, washing machine, and private electric grill for your convenience. Step outside to your private balcony offering parking and sea views. The shared outdoor pool and children's pool are available within the residence, accessible only with a bracelet. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, while shops are 5 minutes away on foot. You have access to 1 shared secured parking space on-site. Events are not allowed on the property. Pool access requires a bracelet, and a deposit will be held if the bracelet is lost as each bracelet costs 50 euros. The Seaquarium is a 5-minute walk from the studio. You will find a playground directly across from the building, bike racks, and cycling paths nearby. The marina is located behind the property. Household linen rental is available upon request.
